Fundraiser for the Kulis Family

One of our fellow school nurses, Lori Q. Kulis, was blessed with the birth of a beautiful baby boy, Coby, born on September 22. In November,  Coby was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1.  SMA is a terrible disease with a tragic outcome, being the #1 genetic killer of infants and toddlers.  Lori has been home with Coby since he was born and we are hoping to raise enough money so Dave and Lori can enjoy their remaining time together as a family. A team of close friends have organized a fundraiser to make this happen!
Due to the progressive nature of this disease, the fundraiser will be in the form of raffle tickets.
Each raffle ticket will be $20 with a chance to win either:
·        4 tickets to the Bruins game on March 3rd
·        2 tickets to the Celtics game on March 23rd
·        2 tickets to the Red Sox game on April 13th

There will be three winners drawn.

Raffle tickets will be available in the nurse’s office throughout all Schools and the Community Education Building for purchase January 31st through February 4th. If you are interested in making a further contribution, there is a fund set up at Tewksbury Credit Union. Checks can be made payable to “The Friends of Coby Kulis.”
Thank you in advance for your support. Your prayers are also appreciated.
