This site is dedicated to Anna Hope Landre. She came to us as a belated Christmas gift on December 26, 1998 and was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type II at the age of 16 months.   She is now a happy, social, talkative, too-smart-for-her-own-good (or ours?) toddler. Life isn't exactly what we thought it would be but we'd like to share our journey with you...
