Hole Sponsors, Prize Donations, & Player Goodie Bags are needed
The following holes for the hole sponsorships are available to be sponsored by companies and/or individuals. Hole sponsorship is the primary income producing activity for this tournament and will provide over $2500.00 to Families of Spinal Muscular Atrophy towards research. The following companies have offered their support for this event, please offer them your support.
Plaques will be offered to 1st, 2nd and Last place teams.
Player Goodie bags will be given to each player. We are always looking for more prizes and samples for the player goodie bags, please let us known if you would like to donate to the player bags.
Full payment must be included with your reservation form. Once payment has been made, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed or accepted – you are welcome to find a replacement player to fill your prepaid spot if you need to cancel after signup.
The total cost per player is only $75.00, which includes green fees, cart, buffet lunch, player goodie bags, and a chance at the special hole-in-one prize, trophies for first, second and last place teams (engraved plaques for each team member) and unlimited fun during the event. No real skill is needed as we expect players of all levels to enjoy the day with the easy “shot gun start” format.
