8:00            Oral care- Brush teeth, mouthwash, floss.

                    GT site care

                    Ointment on ear or any red spots

                    Massage pad, CPT

                  *Respiratory Treatment: Nebulizer- Pulmicort, Xopenenx, atrovent prn).

                                                     Cough Assist- prn

9:00           Day feed- 200 cc + safflower oil, multi-vitamin w/ iron, sodium flouride drops, buphenyl, glutamine.

                    Massage with oil

                    ROM

                    Bath time

                    Trach tie change

9:30             Sprint

11:30           Leg pedi-wraps or KAFO’s

12:00          Day feed- 200cc + Buphenyl.

3:00           Respiratory treatment: Nebulizer-  Xopenex.
