Another Poem From Aschdon's Great-Grandma

Aschdon Lorenz, child of light
Is there a special secret in that smile so shining bright?
Could it be you know of heaven and the reason you were sent?
Could it be you've talked to Jesus and understood just what He meant?
When He said you may come down to visit, but only for a short time and space,
Cause Heavenly things cannot abide long apart from Jesus face.
Thank you Lord for loaning Aschdon, if only for a short time,
We knew from the beginning he was yours and never mine.

M&M's, and football, play horses, and T.V.
Simple pleasures mean so much to Aschdon,
Because his body's never free,
To run and play a game of cops and robbers, or cowboys
Or snowball fights, or baseball, and many other games,
He enjoys to life's fullest all its plain and simple joys.
Just to have Dad, Mom, or sisters with him, is the pleasure for which he aims.
