Hi! I have bookmarked this site for when I have a few minutes of free (ha) time! Briefly, I would like to ask permission to include Makalia's name in a special dedication I've included at the end of a book I've written about our little angel, Jeffrey (what a sentence!). One section honors those with SMA, and another serves as a memorial. If you would like Makalia to be a part of this very special project, please let me know (ASAP!) how you would like her name to be listed. This request is for any other SMA folks, too!!! I'm hoping the book will help spread awareness of SMA and be useful in fundraising purposes, so the more names I have to 'personalize' SMA, the better.
