Brenda- Crystal has the runs (diarrhea) when she is on Augmentin and the doctor prescribes Nystatin Cream at the same time that he prescribes the Augmentin and at the first sign of any redness I apply that. Don't forget about hydration though, the runs can really drain a healthy child of energy.
